Oh, and it is paint and clay on her body.
Addition: orginaly the name of this was Play God.

ooh it's really creepy! i dont know if you've seen these but there was a TV ad shown in england for a drink called "metz" that had a puppet on it called the judderman, he actually looked a lot like lillith in this photo! they had to stop showing it in the end because it frightened small children...

I love the concept for this, very original!
You've done a lovely job with this manipulation. I really like the thick, harsh lines you've drawn on her body. It makes her seem more dominant and...strong [that's not the word I'm looking for, but it'll have to do]. I also like the surgical instruments. They look wonderfuly painful and maniacle, especialy in her hands.
