God dammit. Ryan has degraded himself to freaking fart jokes.I was going to name this comic Type I Error, but I was worried only people with knowledge of statistics would really get it. So you get an immature title to go with an immature comic.

Type I Error actually needs the entire comic to be true. If he said "Are you sure it was me?" that would probably be more accurate in the context of the second panel itself.
Null hypothesis: Daniel did not fart in the car.
We reject the null hypothesis. (ie. Daniel farted in the car)
It is the case, however, that we have falsely rejected the null hypothesis. (Reality: Daniel did not fart in the car)
