This is pretty old, I'm just re-uploading it here for archival and collection purposes. Requires Winterboard and Lockscreen Clock Hide from Cydia. Works on retina and non-retina displays, but not tall ones. If you edit the LockBackground.html file you can customize which icons are enabled, the weekday names, and AM/PM vs. 24-hour. To install, unzip and transfer to /Library/Themes on the device, then open Winterboard and turn on Portal LS.
