She has such a gentle beauty about her in this shot, only enhanced by the texture of the land, the softness of the foggy background, and the lack of colour. The contrast of her dress and skin tone with the darker land is perfect, drawing the eye but not overwhelming the composition. The tilt of her head, her downcast eyes, and her strikingly feminine pose adds wonderful emotional power to the piece. Love it!
