Chase Young had been having a sinfully restful day. He had been able to spend much of his time planning, plotting, and scheming, since there had been no noteworthy Shen Gong Wu that activated, and Jack Spicer had been relatively calm that morning. Chase turned slowly and apprehensively towards the bedazzled and bejeweled albino and froze again. His golden eyes widened as he took in the sight of his consort dressed in...the gayest thing he had ever seen.

Low-hanging tight black pants with exaggerated bell-bottomed hems; a sparkling black shirt that could hardly be called a shirt to begin with – it only extended to Jack's chest, leaving a generous amount of startlingly white skin showing – clamping tightly to what little part of Jack's torso it was touching, leaving nothing to the imagination, much like the pants; a silver chain hanging round his neck with an utterly un-ignorable male symbol dangling at the end; a very large feather boa flying this way and that as he twirled it over his head wildly, and finally, an almost incomprehensible amount of pink, green, blue, and purple makeup.

Chase Young was, quite literally, frozen in shock.

Jack didn't notice and proceeded with his impromptu performance. Turning to the shell-shocked dragonlord, he sauntered over and put an empathetic arm around the man's shoulders.

“I was once in your shoes, in a closet like you! I had nothing to lose!”

He pulled away and spun around gaily (YES, bad pun intended!), forcing Chase to duck away from his wild feather boa.

“Hey man, gay man, pick up the soap!”

At this, the albino mimed dropping a bar of soap and bent over seductively to pick it up, giving Chase a spectacular view of his scantily clad arse.

Having changed the key, Jack's voice now grew louder and more piercing to Chase's sensitive ears.

Jack came to a halt right in front of Chase and pointed to his right.

Chase flinched away from Jack and growled low in his throat as his ear rang with the reverberating and never-ending vibrations of Jack's singing.

Unnoticed by Jack, who kept singing the song, which was thankfully coming to its end, the overlord stalked angrily over to the stereo system he had allowed his mate to set up a few weeks ago and launched himself at it.

Jack gave a girly squeak at the sound of a very un-musical and metallic crash followed by, sadly, the premature, abrupt, and very crackly finish of one of his favorite songs.
Spinning on his heel, he saw his lover and boyfriend tearing the bejesus out of his precious stereo system. In his dragon form.

“Chase!” Jack squealed indignantly, hands finding his hips as he stood in a Gay Fury. “What the hell!?” Chase didn't answer, only continued maiming the poor sound system, taking a mad glee in its destruction and, more importantly, the end of that wretched song.

Jack stomped over to the evil warlord and lifted his foot threateningly. When Chase continued to ignore him, Jack narrowed his eyes in a clear 'I warned ya' gesture and brought his boot down hard.

The mangled innards of the speakers fell from Chase's mouth and the man's eyes blurred and narrowed. He stood stock-still for a moment and Jack realized he might've taken a step too far (more puns!).

The next thing he knew, a colorful stream of curses flew from Chase's mouth as he reached for his injured foot and began hopping up and down, in obvious pain. Jack was pretty sure he heard all the sailor swears ever invented.

Pushing back the initial fear at such a raw reaction, Jack backed away a step and folded his arms in a patronizing and scolding gesture.

“Well, that's what you get for ruining the first day of National Song Week, Mr. I-have-a-stick-up-my-ass,” he said. “Maybe tomorrow you can redeem your grouchy old self by singing Love Will Find a Way from Lion King 2.”
