Incredible. I like how, in the foreground, it looks kind of rural, with a small dirt road with trees by the side, and moors, but in the background there's a city. The clouds and lighting ar stunning, and I love the birds flying around at the top.

This Gives me the feeling of peace and tranquility, although there is a cityscape in the picture the fact that the scene is set outside of the city it gives me the feeling of just "getting away" if you know what i mean, just taking time of to look at the big picture and the life we're all wrapped up in.
Although I like the cityscape as a whole I think the perspective of the largest bulding might be wrong, It just throws my eye off a little bit but its nothing to worry about.
I like the overall hue of the image, I think it gives a tranquil atmosphere. The thing I really love is the light shining through the wings of the birds in flight, this is what my eyes where drawn to first.
I cant believe you done this all with a tablet, The sky and the road all looks so real. Did you use a photograph as a reference?

.. Completely by tablet? o_o The foreground looks photographic, it's that good! I love the glow around the edges of the birds, and the shine.. the pretty, pretty shine.
Though the AMOUNT of shinereflections makes it look like there are multiple suns. .. perhaps there is?
