The front cover of a CD jewel case is 4.75" x 4.75". If you're doing it at 300dpi it's gonna be 1425x1425 pixels.
put in 12cm by 12 cm in the dimension box...
In Bitmap it's about 460x460 for front cover only and 460x470 for back
