Yeah- first time he got Β out of unconsciousness, he went to bathroom and saw his face reflected on mirror. Then he knew it was not a nightmare that Folir injected him a unknown chemical or something. He was having hard time to get over with it but well, He eventually got over-
He still function good with his mental and physical- He is just now some kind of monster like talking friend to Folir. And Folir know he made James look like that, and Yes Folir also see James's face that we see on the picture-
