I agree with the post about the border, somehow the white doesn't seem to make the image 'pop'. Saying that it is a lovely photo, the snow looks so pristine and wonderful with the black of the water cutting through it and the pastel colours in the sky.

I like this one two, but I think I prefer the black strips to the white. But there is nothing wrong with having the white strips. Maybe a thin border of black would have made it fell heavier or more there.
Borders aside, I like how you were able to show the smooth build up of snow on that rock or shore jutting out there.
Everything came out well, but not as good as the first one.
