Personality: Ryuusei is a loyal, caring person. He is naive and honest, though tends to let things pile on his shoulders to spare other people. He has an informal attitude and tends to take a laid back approach to most problems, offering a smile as his usual answer to awkward or personal questions. There is nothing that shines through Ryuusei's personality more than his general concern for the well being of others, and he will not hesitate to speak up to defend the defenseless.

History: Five years prior to now, Ryuusei was a normal son of a fruit and jewelry trader. Being the only heir to a rather wealthy Runan family, he was quickly being groomed to take over their profitable business. Their trade had been unrivaled in fruit previously, and they began trading in jewelry as well, making a move on one of the more cut-throat industries in Runa aside from slave trade. As their trades gained them more profit, they became a threat to the already established jewelry traders of Runa. This made the Mori family a target of the other traders, and one night, the entire family, minus Ryuusei, disappeared. Ryuusei had been out tending to the weekly stock counts when this happened, and returned to find his home ransacked. Fearing the worst, he searched for bodies, only to find that there were none. He only found a torn bit of cloth with the symbol of a slave trader left. Resolving to find them, the young merchant entered the slave trade to find his family... in the process gaining multitudes of scars and slave companions. His newest acquisition may prove to be too much for him though.

As time goes on for Ryuusei, he has come to know many people and their stories since he's lived in Runa for six, nearly seven years, without his parents. During that time, he met a member of his family that he thought was dead, made countless friends and a few enemies. Its been a year since he met Ton, and almost that much time since he's met Janan, both of whom he holds dear. The two lived with him for an extended period of time, Janan still staying with him even now. Ton has since left Ryuusei's home as a freed slave after learning about the fate of his family, Ryuusei left in Runa to contemplate his next steps on his own search. With no clues or direction, he is determined still to find something, anything relating to his family's disappearance so many years ago. With the recent capture of the dungeon in Vita Grottos, he has renewed faith that he can make progress on finding those who took his family... and exact his revenge.

Ryuusei has conquered part of his troubled past with his ex lover Maalik, and has thus re-acquired Rajani, the jaguar that his ex had been keeping care of. In doing this he solidified his status as Maalik's enemy, and an unexpected friendship status with Balto Meridian. This step on his journey was a necessary thing, he believes, so he can focus more fully on the search for his parents.

Hobbies: Dancing, playing the lyre, cooking rice dishes, simple soups and sweets, rescuing slaves
