Well, yes, lemmy give an overview -
Crossed swords is a stubborn, serious Pegasus who takes his duty in the Royal Guard very seriously. So serious that he isn't afraid to put the guard in front of his own family. He secretly has a crush on princess Celestia, but was assigned to ponyville to guard Princess Twilight, despite Twilight stating she doesn't need a guard.
