I like them more in their natural state. I do not know why so many flowers are being bred to produce many more petals than is normal and become like roses. They are still beautiful, of course.... but they lose their uniqueness and natural charm this way. Still beautiful photography.

I know, what you mean and I'm truely in love with the original forms of flowers.
But all the same I love the numerous cultivars too. They show the unbelievable diversity already existent and hidden in the original form, just waiting to be discovered. I'm constantly in awe of this richness.
