lolWhen I first saw Rango, I was soooo amazed by it, but when I saw what it was rated I was like
Wat the hell!?! Rated PG!?!
There's freakin mild violance, foul language, smokin and some other stuff that makes this movie awesome [PUT IT AS PG-13!!!!!]
So! As you can see I'm reading the rating papers from the "director" with Rattlesnake Jake, and yea he's also agreeing wit me too
So enjoy and hope you like it!

I agree. It's more of a PG-13 film rather than PG, and heard that there's been some debate about changing it to R. Yes, there's mild violence, foul language (mainly "damn" and "hell"), smoking, and even mild adult humor, which are all the aspects a PG-13 film has, but R?! Really?! WTF are they thinking?! To me, R-rated films contain a lot of gore, coarse language, and explicit sexual content.
In my Rango review (Which you can find on YouTube if you want to listen to it.) I said that were were kids near me enjoying it, and that gave me the assumption that kids, at a certain age, I mean, will be able to grasp the fact that there is mild violence in this film. My best suggestion to parents is: Do not -- I repeat, do not -- take little LITTLE kids in to see this movie!
Now, as for the R-rating...I would normall say "bullshit," but since Jake is "here" I'll say "bullsnake!!!" Oh, SUUURE, Jake licks Beans in a sexual kind of way, but it's not like kids are going to know what that means. They'll probably just think he was tasting her since he's a f**king snake (Which I kinda agree with LOL).
Anyway, my point is: Rango is deservingly a PG-13 film. Nuff said.

'Sides, Jake licking her? IMHO, that's no different from trying to force a kiss on her, but rattlesnakes don't have lips, hence, no kissing. "Forcing a kiss" is a perfectly legit PG way of showing that a character is evil and doesn't respect women/anyone but himself.
