A commission for Larsony. I was really not happy with it and almost scrapped it halfway through inking the vespa, but now that it's through, I like how it turned out. Do you suppose everything is proportioned right? I just kinda eyed things. Maybe Haruko is just very tall for a Japanese woman...Related content

I'm certain nothing is out of proportion. If anything, it would seem that Haruko actually changes her proportions throughout the series.

Edit: Haruko is an alien though, so length isn't an issue. And she's pretty tall.
Still, maybe the vespa is a bit too small.
But I love it muchly.

I use my 'make artwork not suck' filter in photoshop. Honestly, I don't think my linework is really so polished....

yeah, haruko isn't actually a japanese woman, as far as I remember, she was about as tall as naota's dad, maybe a bit moreso, but extremely lanky as well. But it looks good, and pretty, and good-pretty. gritty. no wait. Any oddity of proportion is quickly overlooked for all the awesome detail you put into this, still kinda gets me irked off that the "official" review on amazon called your art a weak link... *steams* they have no concept of a great style when they see it.
