Description
I just realized that his last name isn't mentioned in part one, but rather part two.So I can play around with his last names when that happens.
Also I was messing around with a few more things, since I didn't like the background. But I kept a few of the exaggerated descriptions.
Idk why but my buddies insisted that I put pedobear in the description as well. Now you guys are commenting about it…stawp.

Well, according to the creator, Jeff is incredibly intelligent for someone who is batshit insane. He has avoided cops for years, so being rushed at by someone with a pair of flimsy rusty scissors won't be a problem.
