I love the dream like atmosphere to the picture. I tried going out and taking some fall photos like this the other day, but they never turn out looking "professional" like this one and other photos on DA. Any tips?

Sometimes you just have to play with them a bit in photoshop to get what you want I tend to use a few adjustment layers and a couple of photo filters. This one has a color sepia added to it to get this look

Yes, I have started dusting off photoshop and playing around with it again. I know how to do many basic things, but how do you get sepia? Is that a specific setting? Or just change the hue?

Which Photoshop do you have? If you have CS3 you can go into Image and choose black and white then click on the tint and add your tones. In CS2 you have to do it in saturation. WIth a color image I add a duplicate layer convert to sepia and adjust opacity
