Cool I don't exactly get it at this moment but I feel something welling up about it.
I know what I would say if I could think. Maybe something like: it has to do with the triviality of one person's meaningless existence coupled with the way the governig bodies rely on meaningless codes to distinguish us--- oh wait that is what I would say maybe I should go further. The letters are meaningless in a way they just are adiffering description of what others think of us. The oi symbolizes the shock and speechlessness we express at contemplating this.
