The Raptor is the replacement for the INP's H1 Hummer fleet. It is easier to drive, the acceleration and handling are greater then the H1, and they are much easier to maintain.
There are two types of Raptors, the Highway Raptor and the Offroad Raptor. The Highway Raptors are used more in the city and freeway locals, were as the Offroad Raptors are used in more rural environments.

Nothing special, just a XBox, a projector, and the game Forza Motorsports 4. I may be switching over to Forza Horizon next week though, it has better graphics (Day/Night Cycles, Beautiful Vistas, actual roads)

Yep, pretty much. The game has an amazing photo mode, which can have the photos saved to an online profile that can be access by a computer.

Pretty Much. I find that the Vinyl Editor in Forza is much more refined the NFS

That was intentional. Its so that you could read it in a rear view mirror, kind of like what some ambulances have on them.
