#607.5 - Litwick are spirits that possess candles. As they grow and feed off the life energy of others, their spirit flame burns hotter, burning through their wax. As they near the end of their wax, they search for an oil street lamp to possess, which will house their spirit.
#608.5 - Lampent’s possession is so strong that their spirit merges with the lamp, causing it grow with them as they age. They wander through cities, searching for spirits to take to fuel their flame. Though it is this energy that makes them grow, trainers can stimulate spirit energy by frequently exposing their Lampent to a Dusk Stone.
