(NOTE: This is the 6th and final artwork out of a series of works I created for my High School VAR Finals back in 2020.)

Life is daunting when we're thrown out of a familiar cycle.

This concept was what I wanted to explore in the project, which ended up being an evolution of Video Game graphics, notably of Nintendo Handhelds, where a little Game & Watch character would progress through an environment that would keep on evolving. From LCDs, to Pixels, to Polygons, to High Quality Models. Everyone evolving, except for him. As you can see above, this was the final stage, where everything around him is gloomy, daunting, and not in the slightest bit familiar.

Either way now that the testing has been long done, I thought it'd be nice to relieve my absence with a piece I'm rather proud of. I may end up uploading the rest of the five pieces in a separate gallery if desired too (With those artworks consisting of Game & Watch styled one, Gameboy one, Gameboy Color one, Gameboy Advance one and a Nintendo DS one)
