Lookie! Another!
I've been wanting to do these two for a while, it just took a while to figure out the image for them.
Neo is always fun to draw for some reason. And Infinite was both easier to draw and funner to draw than I thought he would be.
Also SPECIAL EFFECTS.

I understand why u pair those 2 together: Illusion. Seriously, Infinite can use Phantom Ruby and Neo can use her semblance to create illusion that will certainly give the heroes a really BAD time.

I just noticed something similar about these two (aside from their delusion abilities lol):
......Both of them disappeared without a (as of right now) explanation as to what happened to them. XD
Neo was taken off the airship and she hasn't seen since Ruby's stunt.
Infinite was....seemingly "absorbed" into the primary Phantom Ruby despite his desire to stay and fight and....it's not entirely explained what happened to him.
