I love this scene and have been meaning to redraw it (in a way I guess xD) more or less since I saw it. x3
I'm weak for good sibling pairs, probably partially cause I have such a good relationship with my sister.

As for improving I do have some notes. Just in general though.
Use references.. A LOT. This helps loads in getting things right as well as memorizing proportions or objects appearances.
Practice decently frequently. Even a half and hour a day is good progress.
Redraw old images sometimes in order to see how much you've grown, mostly to encourage yourself!
And mostly just persevere, it's going to be frustrating or enraging at times, but powering through that is the only way you'll get better.
