One of my first Drawing II projects, done when it was rather nice outside. Had to go outside on campus and draw some nature. I believe he said "landscape" so i decided to zoom in super close and draw the base of a tree.

Shame i couldn't finish it, truly. I didn't think to take a reference picture and the following days before the picture was due it was ridiculously cloudy/rainy and i couldn't get the lightning right.

BTW, those smudges of charcoal are suppose to be the underside of clouds.....>>;; yeah.
