GOSH SEGA'S HYPE GAME WAS STRONG.
Hehee, so ~ I'm really REALLY GLAD I STAYED all the way during Sonic's 25th Ann. party.
I'll be honest, I was a little disappointed when they announced Sonic Mania because
I was expecting a full next gen. game~ (I mean it does look cool and everything and I love the colorful stages)
BUT! I SUDDENLY GOT A FEELING THAT THAT WAS NOT
IT, YES THAT'S RIGHT! I knew they had something else in store~ xD and I STAYED AND SO IT HAPPENED
HOWEVER I TOTALLY DID NOT EXPECT A 2ND SONIC GENERATIONS TYPE OF GAME! !!! I loved the first
one and it doesn't even feel like it was close to 5 years that it was announced!! I'm really
excited!!!! All these years was Sonic bewm, sonic bewm, sonic bewm... so I stopped keeping
track of Sonic games; THANK GOODNESS SONIC TEAM!
Hmm, I wonder if it'll be called Sonic Generations 2 or .. if it's something completely different(?)
only time will tell but I have HIGH hopes for this game yeeeah~ happy to see classic Sonic again!

as for the new 2017 sonic game coming out...am i excited? well...it depends....i highly respect generations its a well polished game with a quick but simple plot and seeing timeless levels and playing in them again was quite nostalgic. however i'm still keeping my guard up and awaiting for gameplay for the new 2017 sonic game and seeing if it meets with my standards. if Sega is actually gonna listen to the fans they better do so. honestly I'm tired of the hate on sonic games from the past generation. i mean people have good reason to i mean i have my fair share of sonic games I'm not a fan of (Secret Rings) but i hope the developers at Sega understand there mistakes that have been made and instead of leaving those mistakes in the past i much rather have them correct them and do better at doing the right thing and not the wrong thing.

and sugar coating things saying Sonic's past wasn't
that bad won't help either.. I think they've been learning
from their past mistakes though! Unleashed, Colors and Generations
are all great games!! (I don't count in Boom because they're
not really made by Sonic Team)

i just hope...the fans can come together as a union and plea to Sonic Team pushing them not too hard on making a great sonic game, looking back at the mistakes made and instead of repeating them, correct them instead. but....ah we'll see i guess....

I think the problem with the Sonic fanbase is that
is extensively divided, there's all sorts of fans
and they all want different things.. so when SEGA
fails to deliver content they are all pleased with
everything just becomes a mess.

I don't think it's supposed to be a Generations sequel but something new, which got me wondering what's the story going to be like that gets Classic Sonic involved. XD Can't wait to see more updates and previews of Sonic Mania and project 2017.
