Starseeker is a new OC of mine
She has future sight(Yes, I KNOW the teardrop scales are for mind readers, but I use them for both), but with a strange catch. She can see future emotions, but not images or sounds. Just emotions. She is mystical, out of her mind almost, and will often talk to herself. Always wears a veil, but no one knows why.
