PLEASE DO NOT BE FRIGHTENED BY THE TITLE. I decided that I'll name these whatever the Naked And Famous song that I based them off of, and this one happened to be entitled "Spank". I have no idea why it's called that.

Who exactly is Kevin? I never really knew who he was ._.' I know he's supposed to be the Observer, but...

Kevin is the Observer's host. He's like the body that Observer is using to do his proxy work, suggesting that Observer is either something that can possess different bodies to be the same proxy, or Kevin has DID.
