Skulloranger BLACK, the fiendish archnemesis of the Justice Rangers.None know his true face, or whether he's even a living being. He commands a legion of henchmen and uses a stockpile of weaponry to try and destroy the Justice Rangers.
He is a master martial artist in a strikingly similar fashion to Justice Red.
His origins remain unknown.
