This drawing was made for two reasons.

1.) Kamen Rider is awesome

2.) I had been drawing lots of Rockman art.

As a result of these two reasons, I had merged the two concepts into one picture. I definitely plan to color this later.

This was actually drawn as a sort of gift art for el-siscoman because he's a fan of Kamen Rider.
