"DRS London on a mission"? What does that mean? It sounds good, but if you think about it, you could just as well have a sign saying "this is a train" on front.

It's just a driver from Direct rail services in London, most DRS depots have a headboard, this one comes from London. You tend to see these headboards on trains not normally considered a 'normal' thing for the driver/depot to do.
