Crayon Tool:For crayon effect.
Watercolour: Layer must be on "Papertexture" and "Fringe:2" mode.
Scales: Can be used for scales or fur. I usually use this tool by making another, darker layer over the original layer and erasing away using this tool, to create that pattern.
How to make brushes in SAI:
Most of you probably already know how to make yourself brushes in SAI, but here it is just in case. Right click one of the light grey, empty boxes underneath your tools, and select a tool base. (for example pen, brush, marker, acrylic, eraser) This will be the starting point of your brush. then just edit the settings, and give it a name C:

But I have some problems . .With "papertexture" you mean to set the Texture to Paper ? With which dates ? Ow, and what is "Fringe:2" ?
The Crayon one somehow doesn't work at all :i

Yeah, you know like where you can change the texture of the layer, but it on paper texture (smallest) and mess with the opacity of texture
"Fringe" mode is also above (or below idk off by heart) the layer texture mode. This is all NOT in the brush setting options - it's part of the layer modes.

The crayon brush uses the "brush" tool as a base c: to get the extra settings you need to download them, there should be a link the description <3
