Lately voles have been a nuisance around my home. They scratched outside the house’s walls so loudly that they woke me up at night, pooped all over the place and voles can give you a viral haemorrhagic fever (vole fever).Then I witnessed the pygmy owl’s effective hunting. It took 2 huge voles in 2 hours. It looked hilarious when the tiny owl was flying with his big catch like a mini chopper. After that, no more scratching noises.

Wow, that's pretty awsome that it could carry that big body of a vole!! It's like the Hercules among the owls. XD but I think I heard of something simular before. My aunt had a hairless chinease crested dog named Acke that was ALMOST taken by a eagle but it had to drop him again on the ground becuse he was still a bit to heavy. So I suppose some birds are pretty strong.
I hope that you don't get a fever. Well good thing that those owls take at least care of some of those volves.
