I'd like to see one of the bright-coloured jungle snakes, like an eyelash snake- they come in lime green or bright orange!

I worked out that Sangheili ARE snakes. The structures of their jaws and teeth are very very similar to those of Earth's snakes.

Yes, there are really beautiful snakes. My personal 'favorites' are the Boa Constrictor Imperator from Columbia and Costa Rica. But there are a lot of other sub-species, and almost all are very beautiful. Guess, they would looking very good as a "4-legged tune-up" too

Nah, that's just normal retic behavior. I worked with two for about a year, and unless you handle them every day from a hatchling, they're mean bastards. Even if you do, they're extremely unpredictable and aggressive snakes. In spite of their current popularity, several herpers, myself included, feel they should not be owned outside of zoos due to the danger they pose.

Yep, and sadly they're the only 200+ lb predatory wild animal you can buy for $75 with no questions asked and no legal oversight. I love giant snakes, but some species are just too deadly for all but a tiny handful of collectors.
