Tomkin led Hikari forward, the golden yeti pup following her mother, curious as to where they were going. It was a beautiful spring day and they had come to a large meadow with many flowers with all the colors of the rainbow as far as the eye could see.
"The other day you asked me who your father is. And to be quite honest I'm not really sure. You see... your grandfather has a legacy of, well, a lot of offspring. Many curlies and yetis like yourself can trace their lineage back to him."
"Am I finally going to meet grandfather mother?" Hikari asked curiously.
"Yes" Tomkin responded, her brown tail lifting as she spotted the familiar figure in the distance. "Though there is something you should know before you meet Voltaire. He is blind, while he doesn't let it impair him don't be offended if he doesn't want to play with you."
"I understand mother. I'm just eager to meet the rest of my family! When will we get there?"
A golden tokota rose from the green grass, ears pricked, his curls somehow without grass stains."Tomkin, my darling is that you?"
"Ah you know me well" Tomkin stepped foward and greeted the golden curly male. "I have brought my daughter, who is also your granddaughter to meet you."
"Hello" Hikari said shyly.
Voltaire's chest puffed up slightly. "Tell me about yourself then little one. Come lay in the field with me and we'll have a chat."
Hikari obliged and the two chatted until sunset.
