sorry i hadnt posted any thing , i did draw a couple of pics but they dont fit in the scannerany way i drew mah self(black hair),mah best friend blake(the sexy one), and our aleck (chibi)

the backgroun does look a bit haste-fully done
it dont blend well with the darker colors of the characters and it comes off very strong to the viewers eyes
it isnt clear if the hand on the back is from the blonde girl or the black haired girl (its clear that is from the black girl since the sleeve isn't long like the blondes clothing but it would look more natural if it was that way )
the confetti kind of draws out attention and cloggs the picture since its on the top layer.

the perspective of the black haired girls face is a bit weird on the left side
im guessing that the lightsource is not defined. but leaving random shades in some parts and not using it on others seems a bit odd.

Watch out for your background interfering with your characters. The yellow on the top of the blonde character's hair is kinda blending in with the background so it registers as one piece instead of a background behind a character. Another thing with the background, that green making a plaid pattern against that yellow makes for a level of vibrancy that exists only in the background and not on where you want the focus to be, your characters. Under normal circumstances the red on the shirt of the girl on the right would pop out alot against that green but because the green is combined with the yellow and the brightness of it is raised, its more like they're competing for the viewer's attention and the confetti kinda gets lost in it. Also the hands on both girls that are holding the chibi are in a pretty painful position, the only way that particular position would occur would be if the hands were stretched out towards the viewer, so just a little bit more foreshortening on that and it'll be fixed. o-o
