The palamino was locally bred for colour, nothing else I know about that except they were all very thin skinned. The pony was just a small rocket-powered type pony, wasn't bred at all (terrible conformation) probably I think had a decent chunk of exmoor in him.

Thank-you very much. I've made myself all meloncholy now, thinking of it. Those two had so many long years together in our paddocks, but you just always wish for another year...
