Alrighty!
I've been asked about these for a while so I made a commission sheet purely for custom designs!
Everything is explained in the google form but here is the information as well:

Style - refers to the type of commission you receive
->> Custom Design - A design made specifically for the commissioner based off of a suggested colour palette/colour family/mood board
Simple -> 2-4 Colours | Minimal Ticking | 3-4 Layering (i.e. design on far right)
Complex -> 3-6 Colours | Various Ticking | 5-7 Layering (i.e. far left & middle designs)

->> Hypo Design - A design made combining two previously existing characters that you own (or you and one other person, provided you have permission to use their character)
Single -> A single hypo design based off both characters, not restricted to simple or complex
Group -> A group of 4 designs all based off both characters, not restricted to simple or complex

A.D. -> Additional Design using the same colour palette/inspiration source. Does not apply to group hypos
New Base -> This refers to creating new/unique linearts for additional designs; stacks per additional design with new base (equivalent to purchasing a second design)

NOTE: each commission will have unique lineart for the first design, any additional designs purchased without a new base in the same order will use the same lines!
