Description

This month's community challenge theme is TRUST. For some, trust must be earned, and for others, it seems to be given freely. Who or what does your character put their faith in? Do they have a particular friend, family member, or role model that they trust? Maybe they put the most faith in a personal conviction, natural phenomena, or some other life truth.

Cirrus didn't throw the term trusting around easily, but he did recognize the friends who stuck with him through childhood. While his sister had been closer to Varekai when they were young (almost infuriatingly so), he was glad that the starry wolf could put up with his banter, no matter how withdrawn he was. And Cirrus was thankful for Icarus, who had found him after the beach massacre and pushed him to seek better treatment for his wounds, and during the events surrounding the Kol's contaminated water sources as well.

It was unknown to him if his friends trusted him or not, as the cloud wolf was often shrouded with an air of ambiguity and unclear smiles. Cirrus liked to think that they did. Beyond them, however, is nothing. The cloud wolf wouldn't put an ounce of trust into the future. No faith could convince him of anything.

He hadn't had much time to spend with his friends now that the cloud wolf had taken up post guarding Remiel, but Cirrus would make time for Varekai and Icarus, who namely, had helped him during the water incident. The cloud was glad that the whole ordeal was resolved now, since travelling to the Melusine would be rather out of the way for his new trade.
