Description
this was a thing of the moment i was thinking of the first movie and the bit where charizard gets his head stuck in the pikachu's vacation and thought about his flames etc so i put it together being evil towards pikachu and togepi lukily im not a bad person i thought mew could be there to protect them
afterall we dont want pikachu or togepi harmed 
i understand togepi is gen 2 but its more intended for gen 1

are you SURE you know which movie you're talking about? i mean, it's the one where pikachu and raichu run around everywhere at an amazing speed right?
if so, then you're thinking of pokemon the FIRST movie.
