i mean it has a kind of Aero that we all missed in win 7 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Am I right ? If that write please told me how to make it ?

The download link includes a text file ("Setup.txt") with instructions for setting up Classic Shell with this button skin. ...or did you mean something else? My taskbar is just the default in Windows 8 except for Classic Shell's Start menu.
