My first 3D project ever. I think it turned out nicely!

Let me be as clear as posible: I like this chess set.
I'm into futuristic stuff, and I tend to play chess often. The piece looks very Tron-esque and very sleek, which is nice since I like the visuals of Tron, so this is a plus for me. However, the shape of the pieces themselves are more or less the classic style. A more "streamlined" stuff can do the job.
The chessboard, however, it's kinda weird a bit. I mean, I'm used to flat chessboards, and this board looks (as I said) kinda weird because of the wavy-ish look it has, it almost looks like the sea somehow. However it's not that bad since I find people can play on that chessboard without much problem.
The way you rendered this on the other hand... sweet job. The lightning, the shading, the lights, they all look sorta realistic. That's another plus for me.
Overall, this is a good-looking chess set. Safe for the chessboard's wavy appearance, it looks impressive and sleek. It's already in my favs.
