Randi Ramano
Age: 19
Gender: Male
Height: 5’9"
Country: Melruun
Element: Water
Faction: Erius Knights
Rank: Cadet
Stats: Str 6/ Mag 12+5/ Vit 10/ Spd 7/Special 15
Weapon: none

Expertise: Dragon researcher/Medic: He would like to help the knights by giving them useful information about dragons and their habitat hoping it will help his fellow comrades in battle and in caring for a dragon. Although Randi spend most of his time learning and researching about dragons, he also can be of help in the medic department. He can use the element of water to heal just about any kind of wound.

Personality:
Randi is very much a loner. Preferring the company of himself and dragons than other people. Doesn’t make friends easily because he doesn’t open to others very well. He doesn’t feel comfortable doing things that he’s unfamiliar with. The exception is if he’s interested (which is rare because he doesn’t have many interests). Randi can be easily moved by other people’s emotions or kind gestures. He also has a tendency to say what he thinks out loud…it may or may not be in your face…he usually mumbles to himself…

He may not seem like it but when put to the test Randi can prove that he can get the job done. He may not necessarily like the task given to him and he might complain about it but he’ll mosey on and do what he has to...to those who he deems important…he will do his best to show that he cares for them. He doesn’t like to make irrational decisions and tries to ask many questions…about his situation before deciding something (around people). He takes orders very well whether or not he agrees with what he’s doing.

Bio:
Growing up Randi had parents who were more like bullies to him. They enjoyed nothing more than to pull pranks on their only son. Some were small and harmless, while others were not so…nice. Randi had to be wary of his parent’s pranks and tried his best to avoid them and whatever stupid tricks they had up their sleeves.

On his way back from a walk Randi found that the door to his house was locked. He knocked on the door to see if anyone was home but no one answered. When he knocked again he spotted his parents looking out the window laughing at him. Randi continuously asked for them to let him in but they just ignored him. He waited and waited in front of the door but eventually he realized that he wasn’t going to be living inside of his house for awhile. Perplexed with his parents’ actions, Randi tried think of what he should do now that he suddenly didn’t have a place to stay. With a confused and broken heart he left his home and wandered about town. He visited the places that he would go during his long walks in Melruun. Randi decided to take refuge in the town library. He found and area far in the back next to a window a made it his temporary home.

One day while Randi was sleeping, he was abruptly woken by a book that fell off a bookshelf. This book was heavy, bulky, old (the pages seemed a little faded), and had a very detailed drawing of a dragon on the front cover. Staying in the library from time to time made Randi quite the bookworm, so to him this was just another opportunity for him to escape into a different fantasy.

The information he read about sucked him into a world of wonder and amazement. Randi knew only but a few things about the dragons that roamed above Melruun and never thought to even go looking for one at the time, but with this new found information he had a whole new world to explore! Out of all the books he’s read this is the first time he has the chance to live out a fantasy. In the book it explained the different types of dragons, their powers where they come from, and the many legends and myths that are told.

Randi made it his mission to search for the dragons talked about in the book he read. He wished he could travel to the different countries , but he would have to settle with only finding dragons associated with Melruun. Randi decided to go look for the dragons mentioned at near the bodies of water. When he got closer to the docks of Melruun he noticed the giant moving shadows of the water dragons; Randi looked up in awe as he watched the majestic creature fly above him. To capture what will turn out to be one of the best moments in his life Randi decided to try and draw out what he saw. Although very rough , he was proud of his drawing and made it a point in his life to do his best to explore the world of dragons.

After making a decision to research the world of dragons for the purpose of fun and having something to do in life. Randi made it a point to go out and search for anything in his area that was dragon related. On one of those days Randi was looking inside of one of the many lakes thinking that he had spotted a sea dragon. His exploration was cut short though when a rock met with his face. He looked back behind to see a boy about his age laughing at him. When Randi confronted the boy, he introduced himself as Cyrus and said that he thought that Randi was a ghost and wanted to see if a rock would go through him. Randi was never able to get rid of Cyrus since then, thus Randi's first ever friend was made.

Cyrus and Randi became close friends as dysfunctional as they were together but they enjoyed each others company. It was an interesting experience indeed and had lots of fun, even if he was forced to do activities that weren't in his favor. That happiness soon faded as Randi got a little older because his parents' tricks were starting to turn into neglect. His parents were starting pull very odd pranks that most people wouldn't pull because of the danger they could 'cause and unfortunately Randi was their main target. When they pulled the locking him out the house trick, it was the last time they did it. For reasons unknown his parents wouldn't let him in at all and if Randi saw them in town they would ignore him. Randi wasn't affected by it but over time he realized that his parents neglected the fact that had a son. His parents gone Randi felt some sort of emptiness but knows that was not lost because he had another person in his life and that was okay for him.

So it was only natural that the news of his one and only friend leaving him was devastating to Randi.

He wasn't aware that there was a war going on. Cyrus explained about where he was going and why he wanted to be involved in the war. Apparently he wanted to be some type of hero, to be remembered. He continued to talk about the war and about how high tech and cool looking the people and weapons were. He also mentioned information about the enemy he would be fighting. They were knights who instead of using technology like he would be they rode and fought along side dragons. This immediately caught Randi's attention . A billion of thoughts ran through his head at that moment. There are people ride dragons? There's a chance for me to interact with a dragon? This was some what good news compared to bad news of his friend leaving. Randi stayed behind for a couple of years before he decided to join the knights.

During the time Cyrus was gone, Randi saw this as an opportunity to look more into dragons and tried to learn what he could about them to help with the war. Maybe there would people who be interested in the information he has to offer. He also sees this as a chance to be accepted somewhere and to find a place where he can call home.

Extra Info:
-Is well educated in music, art, and dance of Melruun
-Likes to draw things he sees outside. (mostly derp dragons)
-Cyrus is his only friend
-Would much rather heal a dragon before a human any day... (unless you’ve grown on him)
-Randi is really a pacifist at heart he rather not fight against anything or anyone for that matter.
-Has developed survival skills over the years
-Bookworm
-The fact that if accepted into the knights, he would be considered an enemy towards Cyrus, hasn't quite hit him yet...

Skills:

Healing Fortress- Randi is able to make a fort around a person that can heal them within 3min. time; a blue light surrounds the injured body and slowly heals and rejuvenates their body by giving them more energy; only can be used if there are many injuries on a body…

Melting Pain- Uses specifically for one part of the body and heals much faster than his first attack; Randi uses his element mixed with minerals, preferably hot water to put on a person’s injuries to give some kind of melting feeling to get rid of the pain, after the pain has removed from the wound, then it immediately starts to heal.

Special:

Thusia- Can heal a person within a 20m diameter. How much you get healed depends on how close you are to him. There is a high chance that he could end up healing the enemy if they're within range. Randi loses a lot of his energy when he does this attack. This move is kind of like a sacrificial move, as Randi uses the energy from his body to heal others. He goes into a deep sleep for half a day right after Thusia is used. Only meant to use once in battle.
