i faved one of your photos and came back to look at your gallery more. i came across this photo and was immediately drawn to it. it's not my thing, but it works so well for me, i wanted to write about it.
the first thing that hit me was the model's stance. she sits more like a man than an elegant woman. that is set off nicely by the lock of hair that falls forward. it makes her looks just a little unkempt, perhaps she doesn't care, because she is so caught up in the emotions in her head and heart.
she looks quiet, calm, introspective, sorrowful, tired, worn out, unable to relax or come to grips with what ever is bothering. it seems like the emotion is coming from with in and not from an outside event.
the composition is excellent, the shapes the sofa/wall/floor make make it seem balanced and simple. it all works to show off the model. the sofa is an amazing color. the wall is sepia, the clothes black and then that gorgeous burgundy sofa. it's very dark, but stands out within the more neutral colors.
it's a lonely shot, and i doubt that the woman will come to grips with her pain soon, but you have portrayed the emotion with simple elegance. excellent work!

You have made an psycologic analysis of the photo and the model feelings and about everything around her loneliness
She is an amazing person and i like very much to take photos of her because i always know that she will be inside the character of what i want and the personage

There is such a funny hidden humor into this trading of little notes that my heart just feels like a kid happy at play!!!
So small, innocent, and child-like! Yet, in its deep spiritual meaning, this is the kind of thing that Mother Teresa wanted us to learn (I believe)... Are the little thing that count!!!!
