I read them now. You are trully a very good photographer. Not only me, but many people can see it.
I think Rezzan is "a little" angry to your religious photos of Turkey 
I saw the same difference when I went to Isreal, both so modern and so religious. You missed the modern face, that is why I tell you to come once more. If you saw the contradiction, you would enjoy and understand Istanbul more.

Yes, I understand you clearly. They were interesting for you but especially in these days "the modern Turkish woman" has a fear (a phobia) about the rise of Islam in our country that is why Turks did not enjoy religious shots so much.
For me, it is a color. I love condradictions, freedom of belief. Still I would not like to live that way.
Once a sculptor friend of mine told me "If you want to learn the truth about a city, go to the places where citizens shopping, especially food" You have a chance to see them all. Many friends here, including me 
I promise you to show a city quite different than the modern Europe because we are different, a synthesis of east and west, heritors of Ottoman culture, too.
