This here contains an amazing windows xp to windows 7 converter...this is divided into two files...both 5 mb
no password...
Instructions :-
1) join files with hj split...download link, just 334 kb file-->[link]
2)extract with winrar...
3)run the .exe file and select all the settings according to your choice...

Blur in XP is impossible unless another utility is used, like Window Blinds, True Transparency, Border Skin. So explain how this is possible, or else it is fake.
