I asked for permission to model their concept, and I took a decent amount of liberties redesigning and redetailing the weapon. I changed it from a railgun into a Gauss rifle, since I felt that a Gauss design would allow me more freedom to embellish the rifle and give it more character outside of just its silhouette.
