well, i first i have to make one, but it`s slightly simple - just use the proper brushes and u`re ok
(vector circles, rising sun,trees brushes,tape and some splashes)

just search : "brush" and a whole new universe will pop in your face.

download the brushes, copy them in your PS file and BOM !
