Actually, that's a lie. We use all of our brains, just not all at the same time - in much the same way you don't have every electronic/mechanical item in your home running at all times; you only turn things on when you need to use them. If you ever do find yourself with every part of your brain "on" at the sane time.... congratulations, YOU GOT A SEIZURE!
What Deathstroke really has is a brain that processes information 9 times faster than an ordinary human. Even then, he'll have trouble with Taskmaster, since he knows the fighting styles of Hawkeye, Bkack Widow, Daredevil, Captain America, Wolverine, Spider-Man, Iron Fist and many others. All thanks to his "photographic reflexes", which allow him to copy any fighting style he sees. INCLUDING DEATHSTROKE'S. Slade is in trouble this time and he had better put his enhanced brain to good use.
