She’s fun, isn’t she? Yes, yes… Connie, darling, you are fun!

I bring chaos. I love chaos. I am chaos… maybe I should capitalize that thanks to Daddy and what he is. “I am Chaos,” like the sound of it? Maybe it will be the last thing you hear before I turn your continent over, or rain down enough ice meteors to flood half the planet, or blow the sun a kiss and reduce your earth to cinders…

Nah, I wouldn’t do that--you people are so amusing! Surprised I think that? Come on, not all we Outer Gods are fuddy-duddy grumps and aloof, you know; for example, Nyarlathotep really ought to do stand-up in Vegas--he’d bring the house down! Probably feel at home in the Luxor Hotel and Casino, now that I think about it. No, this planet is safe, or safe from me, at least; I don’t know about that Concussion kid.

But yeah, the third planet from the nuclear detonation (I love those things!) at the center of the solar system is alright by me. I mean, any place that can produce something like the Crimson Conservative has to be entertaining! She’s just what I need sometimes, a few CCs of CC, if you will.

She’s solid, a rock, not going to budge an inch… I like that. Why? After all, she’s my opposite, right? Well, let me ask you this: what do you get when you have big old rocks in a rushing river? Rapids, that’s right. Raging, churning, wild rapids! Am I the rushing water? No, but I ride it and speed it up from time to time. Surfing the thunderous anarchy that is the universe, that’s what I do. That’s breathing to me. A river without something solid for the water to slam into? Booor-iiing!

The Crimson Conservative… Connie… the siren of slaughter… everyone’s favorite walking weapon of mass destruction… my big slab of murder… I love you because you are solid, immovable. Will you ever change, ever break, ever even bend?

Certainty is no fun, but I don’t think so.

See why I torture her, people? Do you see, Connie? I cause you pain and throw your life into havoc because I love you for being a rock in the river of existence, and want to see if you will ever break.

Thank you, Connie… thank you for being your lovely self…

Maybe it’s the uncharacteristically worried look on her face, her tight musculature, the pose, or the fact that she has her hair down… whatever the case, ‘Hausen is a pro, and he works on commissions.

Connie and the being in desperate need of Visine (aka Azathette) are my creations.
