Willy Wynn started his candy business many years ago as he started a small shop on Berry Street. With his amazing candy being sold to hundreds and thousands, he soon became a billionaire and with all that money, he built his own factory where his candy was produced and shipped around the world. Now owner of a candy factory as well as the most famous sweet companies of all time, he soon met with some competition after some industrial espionage where spies disguised as employees stole his recipes and sold in other stores. Rather than suing other companies, Willy played to their game by coming up with with new recipes and bringing in new ingredients in the form of flavour chemicals. One night while mixing a new batch of candy with the added chemical ingredients, Willy slipped on a puddle of chemicals and fell into the vat which turns him not only into his fat self, but making him candy powered. With his newfound powers, he became a supervillain calling himself Captain Candy where the fat, mischievous bozo had a hatred of all the people in the world and all that is good and that he has learned real magic which gave him superhuman abilities including telekinesis. Having heard of the hefty criminal joyfully robbing the town of both its money and candy supplies grabs the attention of the Rabbit Trio who plan to stop him before they could be turned into large chocolate bunnies with an exceptionally large caramel centres.
