Ever since he and Laura interacted, I became an instant shipper of those two.
I sure hope they will become a couple one day. Not to sound mushy, but their practically made for each other.
By the way, this is kinda off topic, but I noticed that ''x23'' is in your username. Is that concidence or are you just that big of a fan of Laura, like me? 
(Also, when you said that you hate Daken in your earlier posts...I grew 50% more respect and admiration to you.

Hate Daken?? *blasphemy* Joking. I actually named my two cats Daken and Laura-Ha. Just curious if you've seen any Itsu (Daken's Mom) art? I haven't gotten any of her in my collection except for the scans from the comics....
I didn't like Hellion at first, but I grew to like him after a while. Usually I don't care for the arrogant or cocky male characters, but Daken and Hellion are the exception.

yeah, he is an unneeded character. he isn't as cool as wolverine or x-23, in my opinion. sorry, i know you like him. and since i don't like him, i don't know anything about him other then from the books he is in that a actually collect so i'm not sure if i even know what his mom look like.
hellion is awesome. him and surge, shouldn't be students anymore. they should be full-fledge x-men.

I agree with you about Hellion and Surge. I think Pixie is just adorable, and I love her power to cause hallucinations. That's funny. I've seen so many different ways of drawing her and her eyes, it's always nice to discover new art of her.
I am glad they brought back Marrow and Dazzler. They were two of my favorite characters after Rouge. I just haven't been able to keep up with all the comics that much right now. Especially with the 52 release. I usually just wait for the graphic novel collections.

I know. The Academy X mutants were some of the best ones in recent years, even the minor characters (imo). Too bad so many died. >_< I think Surge, Elixir, and Dust are my favorites from those comics, but Mercury and Hellion are good, too.

This is really well done! the only thing I would say is that you have the sparkle of the light reflecting off the metal belt, which makes sense, meanwhile you have that same sparkle over his uniform which I would assume is a kind of latex or leather, the lighting wouldnt be the same so you dont need that light there. itd look more natural if you didnt have it.
I so prefer this Hellion to his new designs with the emo hair

Although I have to say that his hand- the one on the right (my right)- looks a little awkward. Like I understand what the pose was, but it just looks awkward...

They should've kept this classic red and black outfit. It's so much better than the yellow and black one!
